Hello, we ave wholesaleX pro. Been trying to get some help and support is pretty much non-existent. Chat never works at the site and emails take a few days to hear back.
So here is the deal. You have to run wholesaleX and wholesaleX Pro together. We are using version 1.2.8 of core and 1.2.9 of pro. Everything seemed fine until last update. Now for logged in users on front end its extremely slow (Its ok for logged out users). Also now since last upgrade the users area in admin wont load. Speed is our biggest issue. If we disable the core, the page loads fine and speed is acceptable. Problem is we lose pricing and admin, so you need both core and pro activated.
Biggest problem here is its buggy and support is not easy to work with due to their hours.
How can we get help please?
